Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
1. The service
GlianaAI provides pay-per-call access to third-party generative AI models (the “Service”) over an HTTP API, a hosted agent, and the Gliana Agent mobile app (Solana dApp Store). There is no account or signup; each request is gated and settled by payment at the time of the call. In the mobile app you pay from your own Solana wallet via the Mobile Wallet Adapter — you control your keys and approve every payment; we never take custody.
2. Payment & non-custody
You pay per request from your own wallet or payment method via the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) / x402. We do not hold balances on your behalf; crypto deposits for payment channels remain in on-chain escrow you control, and unused amounts are returned on close. Prices are shown before each call and are charged in full on success. Network and payment-processor fees are your responsibility.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, create deceptive or harmful material, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use the outputs.
4. Model outputs
Outputs are generated by third-party models and are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee their accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose, and you are solely responsible for evaluating and using them. Each underlying model provider may apply its own usage policies.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlianaAI and Gliana Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the calls giving rise to the claim in the preceding 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Data protection
This section applies when you send us personal data about other people — an identity document, a photograph of a face, a voice sample, or anything else that identifies someone. Under Indonesia's UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP) you are the Pengendali Data Pribadi (controller) for that data and we act as your Prosesor Data Pribadi (processor). This section is the written agreement governing that relationship.
Your side. You warrant that you have a lawful basis under UU PDP — normally the person's explicit consent — for sending us their data and for the processing you ask us to perform. You are responsible for giving them the notice the law requires. Biometric data is data pribadi yang bersifat spesifik and carries a higher standard; do not send other people's biometric data without it.
Our side. We process that data only to carry out the request you made, and never for our own purposes, to train models, or to build any database or profile. We keep it confidential and apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures.
Retention. Our identity and face endpoints are stateless: they read the image, return the measurement, and keep no copy. If you uploaded a file to obtain a URL, those endpoints delete it as soon as they have read it. Other uploads and generated media are deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Notice. We do not log the contents of your inputs or the field values read from a document.
Sub-processors and transfers. We route requests to third-party model providers and infrastructure to fulfil them, and some are outside Indonesia. The current list is in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. By sending a request you instruct us to make that transfer.
Your people's rights. Requests from individuals about data you sent us should come to you; we will assist you in answering them so far as the data is still within our control, which for stateless endpoints it is not. We will notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting data you sent us, so that you can meet your own notification deadline (Art. 46 UU PDP: 3x24 hours).
Decisions are yours. Where an endpoint compares a face or reads a document, we return measurements — fields read, a similarity score, and the threshold it was measured against. We do not decide whether a person is verified, and we perform no liveness check. Any decision about a person, and its consequences, is yours.
Privacy questions, access and deletion requests, and complaints about how we handle personal data go to contact@glianalabs.com.
