Use when an agent asks what executives or directors are doing with their own shares. Returns trades[] with person, their relationship to the company, date, what they did in words (sale, open-market purchase, grant, option exercise), shares, price per share and total value. Reported trades only — not a signal, and a Form 4 can be filed up to two business days after the trade.
What it costs
$0.0150 per successful call — flat, with no plan, minimum or monthly fee. A call that fails validation is refused before it runs, so it is never charged.
